Delivery Timescales. All our products are despatched by reputable couriers, insured. We endeavour to fulfil orders as soon as possible but please allow us 10 days to despatch your order. 90% of orders are despatched same day or next day. Custom products like slippers can take 6-8 weeks to make, please ensure you allow for this. Orders placed on Friday evening or Saturday/Sunday will be processed on the Monday following, this will be taken as the order date. Customs & Duty. All goods within sold within the EU are subject to Value added tax, currently at 20%. We do not charge foreign Customs duties - they are not assessed until the package arrives in the destination country, and they cannot be paid in advance.We are not responsible for duties payable. Only the recipient, by law, is liable for duty.
