Delivery Timescales. All our products are despatched by reputable couriers, insured. We endeavour to fulfil orders as soon as possible but please allow us 10 days to despatch your order. 90% of orders are despatched same day or next day. Custom products like slippers can take 6-8 weeks to make, please ensure you allow for this.
